Mudras and Meditation can have an incredibly powerful effect on body and mind when applied with intention and in a mindful way.
Mudras are hand (and body) gestures in yoga. We use them so regularly throughout our physical (asana), pranayama (yogic breathing) and meditation sessions that often we do not appreciate we are using them or why. We feel the mudras and meditation as an integral part of the experience.

This workshop identifies these diverse gestures and provides an understanding of the mudras, how to implement them into our practice with purpose for increased connection to body, relaxation, focus and intention.
